Atty. Jesselie S. Fabella obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017.  Atty. Jesselie practiced litigation at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Office (ACCRALAW)  in 2017 .  In 2020, Atty. Jesselie was engaged as a corporate lawyer of Oriental Energy and Power Generation Corp. and was appointed as President thereof in 2022. 

Atty. Jesselie is likewise a congressional consultant for the SAGIP Party List for all energy related bills and resolutions. 

At present, Atty. Jesselie handles energy permitting for several energy companies alongside construction arbitration, civil cases, criminal, and administrative matters. 

Atty. John Paul R. Fabella obtained his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2017 and was admitted to the bar in 2018. Atty. John Paul practiced litigation at the Legaspi Barcelo Salamera Law Offices from 2018 until 2021. 

In 2021, Atty. John Paul worked as the Chief of Staff of the Office of the President as well as Data Protection Officer of the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation, the governance arm of the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) 

Atty. John Paul is also the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Energeia Transition Corporation, a management consultancy company for energy trading and WESM-related transactions.

At present, Atty. John Paul is handling high level energy related concerns for several power plants, land acquisitions, estate planning, civil and criminal litigation, among others. 

Atty. Irvin Joseph M. Fabella obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2004 where he graduated as cum laude and valedictorian. He was admitted to the bar in 2005. He started his career at Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Office and was engaged in litigation and arbitration, labor and commercial laws, and special projects. In 2007, he joined the Quisumbing Torres Law Office under its  Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. In 2009, he was elected as the youngest president of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Oriental Mindoro Chapter. 

He was then engaged as the Legal and Compliance Officer of AES Corporation, a global power company. 

At present, he is the Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs of the Regional Operating Headquarters in the Philippines of the Royal Caribbean Cruises, LTD, one of the largest cruise line companies in the world. 

Atty. Loremer Recto is a graduate of Arellano University School of Law in 2017. He worked with the Regional Trial Courts of Pasig City as Court Decongestion Officer and as legal officer of Nava and Associates Law Offices before being admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.  Atty. Recto is handling the firms' litigation and arbitration cases, including collection and foreclosure cases, and special projects. 

 Atty. Jen Kcin P. Dapitin earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Arellano University School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. 

She is a human resource professional, with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee relations. She is currently a Talent and Culture Consultant at ANZ Global Services.

Atty. Dapitin is engaged with the firm’s civil and criminal cases, arbitration, and special projects.
