Atty. Jesselie S. Fabella obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2016 and was admitted to the bar in 2017. Atty. Jesselie practiced litigation at Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Office (ACCRALAW) in 2017 . In 2020, Atty. Jesselie was engaged as a corporate lawyer of Oriental Energy and Power Generation Corp. and was appointed as President thereof in 2022.
Atty. Jesselie is likewise a congressional consultant for the SAGIP Party List for all energy related bills and resolutions.

Atty. Irvin Joseph M. Fabella obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2004 where he graduated as cum laude and valedictorian. He was admitted to the bar in 2005. He started his career at Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Office and was engaged in litigation and arbitration, labor and commercial laws, and special projects. In 2007, he joined the Quisumbing Torres Law Office under its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. In 2009, he was elected as the youngest president of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Oriental Mindoro Chapter.
He was then engaged as the Legal and Compliance Officer of AES Corporation, a global power company.
At present, he is the Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs of the Regional Operating Headquarters in the Philippines of the Royal Caribbean Cruises, LTD, one of the largest cruise line companies in the world.
